Cuisine from all over the world varies due to cultural differences, of which dumplings are similar in raw materials, but they have different tastes and shapes.


1. Ravioli (square dumplings) is considered to be a traditional Italian dish, which can be eaten all over Italy, but their cooking methods vary from region to region. Stuffing can come from meat, fish, poultry, vegetables and even fruits. Unlike other dumplings, they can be cooked and fried.


2. Bryndzov é haluky (potato dumplings with goat cheese) is one of the ethnic dishes of Slovakia. It is very popular in Slovakia. It is made up of songs and proverbs, and there is a festival specially designed for them. This dish combines the main products of Slovak culture: goat cheese, potatoes, flour and lard. Dumplings are usually served with yogurt or sour cream.


3. Siomay is a dumpling full of steamed fish. This dish is served with cabbage, potatoes, and sometimes tofu cheese and boiled eggs. Then pour peanut butter from the top to eat.


4. Pierogi this dumpling-shaped pie is a Polish dish. The most popular filling is a potato with cheese. Pierogi with, chicken, veal and crispy skin is also popular. In most cases, they are boiled in salt water, but sometimes they are fried.


5. Modak is a traditional dumpling from the Indian state of Maharashtra. The dough is made of rice flour and stuffed with coconut milk and palm sugar, nuts and cardamom. Deep-fry or steam the dumplings and add ghee.


6. Kimchi dumplings are a kind of Korean dumpling. Add onions, ginger, tofu and spicy pickles to the meat stuffing. It first belonged to court snacks.


7. Crab Rangoon is a popular snack in the United States, mainly served by most Chinese restaurants. The stuffing includes cream cheese, crab meat (usually crab meat sticks), onions or garlic. Dumplings look like flowers or stars. It needs to be fried until crisp.


8. Khinkali is a traditional Georgian dumpling. The dough consists of flour, water and salt. Spiced lamb is used for stuffing, which secretes broth during cooking.


There is a common etiquette in Georgia to eat these dumplings with only one hand. It is considered impolite to use utensils, such as forks. And Khinkali's tail will never eat.


9. Momo is a snack from Nepal, Bhutan, Sikkim and Darjeeling, India. Stuffing can be done in many ways: meat, vegetables or cheese. Momo is usually served with a sauce based on garlic or tomato.



Dumpling dough is made of flour, eggs and water. The classic wonton stuffing is made of meats with a variety of spices. They are usually served with vegetables and eaten with 3% vinegar, pepper, mustard or horseradish.
