In sci-fi movies, we have seen many futuristic and peculiar buildings, but these buildings rarely appear in reality-it is not easy to have an excellent imagination, and the cutting-edge technology required to turn the design into a real thing is even more difficult.

The following are 4 of the world's most noteworthy modern buildings, but they completely break through the two major problems of creativity and practice. It's amazing how innovative they are.

1. New Mexico, USA 2015 Spaceport America

Completed in 2015, AirPort America is located in the desert of New Mexico, USA, and looks like a giant kiwi bird with wings spread.

Here is the world's first airport built specifically for commercial space travel, with Virgin Galactic in charge of commercial operations.

Most of the building materials here are locally sourced, and the construction methods are mostly local common methods, all in order to be beneficial to the surrounding environment and achieve sustainable development.

In addition to the hangar and management building, there is also a special training ground for space travel, as well as an area for visitors to learn the history of space travel.

2. Mumbai, India, 2014 Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is located in Mumbai, India. The pillars in the airport building support the huge roof, which also makes the interior space look bright and open, like a castle in the air.

The interior decoration mostly adopts traditional Indian patterns, and the geometric patterns are three-dimensional and transparent. The home furnishing also incorporates the feather color of the peacock, the national bird of India.

The lighting is like a lotus flower. The traditional oil lamp shape is added to the big screen. It can be said that there are traditional elements of India everywhere.

3. Milano, Italy, 2015 Prada Foundation Milan new pavilion

Open daily from 10:00 - 21:00. It can be reached by subway line M3 or bus number 65. The Prada Foundation, with its large collection of modern art, opened its new pavilion in Milan in 2015.

The venue is converted from 7 buildings. The original building included industrial buildings such as a distillery, and then three new facilities were added, namely an exhibition hall, a tower building, and a cinema.

The most eye-catching place in the pavilion is a shiny building covered with gold leaf. The Bar Luce, designed by American film director Wes Anderson, is located at the entrance of the pavilion.

The classic Milanese cafe atmosphere combined with modern art style makes this place a new place for people to enjoy the most cutting-edge art.

4. Hellerup, Denmark 2013, 2015 Old Hellerup High School Stadium

The extension to the old Hellerup High School gymnasium was designed and completed by BIG Architects, led by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels. Jacques Ingels can be said to be one of the most high-profile architects in the world today.

He has a unique concept and a school of his own, and the high school gymnasium that he and his team are responsible for expanding is actually his alma mater.

The gymnasium doubles as a multipurpose hall and is located 5 meters below the atrium on campus. In order to ensure the necessary height required for various sports events, the roof is undulating and made of timber arranged radially.

The exposed part of the ground forms a raised hillock - a place for students to rest and play. Next door to the gymnasium is the football field, one side of which rises to form a slope, and below it are the classrooms.
