Hey Lykkers! Have you ever felt the thrill of standing at the foot of a roaring waterfall, the mist kissing your face as the water crashes down?

We had the chance to experience this at Duden Waterfall, a hidden gem near Antalya, and we're excited to share the magic with you!

Visiting Duden Waterfall: A Mesmerizing Sight

The Duden Waterfall is one of the most stunning natural wonders near Antalya, offering visitors a chance to enjoy both the tranquil beauty of nature and a thrilling splash of water. We were in awe as we approached the waterfall, which plunges dramatically from a height of around 20 meters, creating a picturesque view. The surrounding lush greenery and the sound of cascading water created a peaceful ambiance that made it feel like we had stepped into another world.

Opening hours: The waterfall is open to the public daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and it is free to visit. However, we recommend taking a guided tour to get the most out of your visit, with prices for tours ranging from €10 to €20. The falls are even more beautiful during the spring when the water flow is at its fullest.

Upper and Lower Duden Waterfalls: Two Sides of Beauty

Duden Waterfall is actually made up of two parts: the Upper Duden Waterfall and the Lower Duden Waterfall. We explored both to get the full experience. The Upper Duden Waterfall is located in a serene park area, where we enjoyed walking along paths shaded by trees, with multiple viewpoints offering spectacular views of the falls. It was a perfect spot for a picnic, and we loved soaking in the nature around us.

The Lower Duden Waterfall is where the water dramatically falls into the Mediterranean Sea, creating an incredible sight. It was even more breathtaking as we stood on the cliffside, watching the waterfall cascade directly into the ocean below.

Opening hours for both locations: The Upper Duden Waterfall is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the Lower Duden Waterfall can be visited daily from 9:00 AM to sunset. The entrance fee for the Upper Waterfall is around €2, while the Lower Waterfall is free to access.

Where to Stay: The Crowne Plaza Antalya

For a relaxing stay near Duden Waterfall, we recommend The Crowne Plaza Antalya, a luxurious hotel located just a short drive from the falls. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring nature. With spacious rooms, stunning sea views, and a private beach, we found it to be a perfect getaway. Prices start at around €120 per night, with options for spa treatments and a variety of dining experiences.
